We have seen longer delays for sensor data to populate and show as “Available”. Please try going through the steps below, and if you continue to have a hard time after 24-48 hours, please reach out to the AcuRite Support Team.
How to view and add or remove your sensors:
Go to the connection device (i.e., Display, Access) and click on the ME button. This will pull up all the available sensors for the device at that time.
If you are not seeing your sensors (please wait at least an hour):
Try clearing the cache on the application. To clear the cache in the app:
Start on the home screen and click "Me" in the bottom right corner
Here, you would click the nut/gear icon in the top right corner
Scroll down, and you will see "clear cache”
After clearing the cache, we have seen the sensor show up slowly; hitting refresh after 10 min can help find the sensors.

- Why isn’t my forecast showing? Make sure the “Home” location is set:
Go to the All-Devices screen on the AcuRite NOW app
Tap on the ME button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen
Tap on the Home Management Option
- Can you organize the sensors when they are on the screen?
