You must link a sensor to a Legacy AcuRite Iris (5 in 1) or AcuRite Atlas (7 in 1) Direct to Wi-Fi Display (Connection Device) in order to monitor and view its sensor readings from your AcuRite NOW™ App. Once linked, its readings are sent to your AcuRite NOW™ Connection Device Home screen.

Before doing the steps below, please make sure you have connected your Legacy Direct to Wi-Fi Display to your AcuRite NOW™ account by following the steps in the Add A Legacy AcuRite Direct To Wi-Fi Display As A Connection Device To AcuRite NOW™ Article.

Add a Sensor to a Legacy Direct to Wi-Fi Display

1. Open the AcuRite NOW™ App so you see the All Devices screen.
   
   
    
2. TAP on the Legacy Display you want to add the sensor to.
   
   
    
3. TAP on the ME icon in the lower right hand corner of the Home screen.
   
   
    
4. If you do not see an Available Sensor on the Device Profile page, wait at least 5 minutes then TAP the refresh icon to the right of the Available Sensors text.
   
   
    
5. Once an Available Sensor appears on the screen, TAP the blue "+" icon to the right of the outdoor sensor name.
   
   
    
6. TAP the Home Icon in the bottom left corner of the ME Screen.
   NOTE: if you do not see your sensor appear in the My Sensors list please follow this step. We do see it may take some time for the AcuRite NOW™ App to update and show your sensor under the My Sensors list.
   
   
    
7.  You can now view data on the Connection Device's Home screen. TAP the back arrow on the upper left side of the screen to go back to the Devices Screen.
   NOTE: If you do not see correct data in the AcuRite NOW™ Device Home Screen please wait at least 5 minutes for the app to receive an update from the Indoor Display Unit.
