A Connection Device (i.e. a display or AcuRite Access) can be removed from your AcuRite NOW account. If you would like to remove just the sensors connected to an AcuRite Access from the AcuRite NOW account please follow the steps in the article linked here:
Removing Sensors From The Legacy AcuRite Access® Connection Device
Please use the steps below to remove the AcuRite Access Connection Device from AcuRite NOW.
- First, open the AcuRite NOW app on your mobile device.
- Tap and hold the on the AcuRite Access Connection Device on the All Devices screen.
- Confirm that the Connection Device you want to remove has checkmark to the right of the name.
- Tap on Remove Device in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
- Tap on Confirm in the popup window.
