When you remove a sensor, the sensor is removed from the Home screen of the AcuRite Legacy Direct to Wi-Fi Display(Connection Device). The sensor readings are no longer sent to AcuRite NOW™ by the Connection Device. Its past readings cannot be viewed from your account.
- First open your AcuRite NOW™ App to view the All Devices Screen.
- TAP on the AcuRite Legacy Direct to Wi-Fi Display in your All Devices List
- TAP on the ME Icon in the lower right hand corner of the Home Screen.
- TAP on the Trash Can Icon to the right of the Sensor Name of the sensor you want to remove.
- TAP the Home Icon in the lower left corner of the ME screen to return to the Home screen.
- You will now see that the sensor that is removed is no longer visible on the Home screen for the AcuRite Legacy PC Connect Display (connection device).
NOTE: If the sensor continues to be powered up and in the wireless range of the AcuRite Direct to Wi-Fi Display the sensor is displayed as an Available Sensor. Its readings are not sent to your AcuRite NOW™ Dashboard.
Once removed, it may take up to 10 minutes for a removed sensor to appear in the Available Sensors list.
