When you remove a sensor, the sensor is removed from the Home screen of the AcuRite Legacy PC Connect Display(Connection Device). The sensor readings are no longer sent to AcuRite NOW™ by the Connection Device. Its past readings cannot be viewed from your account.
- First open your AcuRite NOW™ App to view the All Devices Screen.
- TAP on the AcuRite Legacy PC Connect Display in your All Devices List
- TAP on the ME Icon in the lower right hand corner of the Home Screen.
- TAP on the Trash Can Icon to the right of the Sensor Name of the sensor you want to remove.
- TAP the Home Icon in the lower left corner of the ME screen to return to the Home screen.
- You will now see that the sensor that is removed is no longer visible on the Home screen for the AcuRite Legacy PC Connect Display (connection device).
NOTE: If the sensor continues to be powered up and in the wireless range of the AcuRite PC Connect Display the sensor is displayed as an Available Sensor. Its readings are not sent to your AcuRite NOW™ Dashboard.
Once removed, it may take up to 10 minutes for a removed sensor to appear in the Available Sensors list.
