Setting Up Your AcuRite NOW™ Account If You Have A MyAcuRite® Account

If you have a previously existing MyAcuRite® account with an active, reporting Outdoor Sensor you will be able to log in to AcuRIte NOW™ Using the same E-mail Address associated with your MyAcuRite® account.

 

  1. Tap the Log In button on the AcuRite NOW™ App Welcome Screen.


     
  2. Tap the Forgot Password Option on the AcuRite NOW™ Log In Screen.


     
  3. Enter the E-mail Address that is associated with your MyAcuRite® account and tap the Get Verification Code Button.
    NOTE: If you get a "User Not Exist" message, please confirm that you entered the correct E-mail Address that is associated with your MyAcuRite® account. If your MyAcuRite® account did not have an active sensor associated with it, your E-mail Address would not have transfered over to AcuRite NOW™. You will need to follow the steps in the Setup Your AcuRite NOW™ Support Article instead.



     
  4. Look for the E-mail with the Verification Code in your inbox, if you do not see it in your inbox check your junk/spam folder as well. Enter the Verification Code in the AcuRite NOW™ App.


     
  5. Enter your new password in the AcuRite NOW™ App. Tap the Done button to confirm the new password.


     
  6. You will now see the AcuRite NOW™ All Devices screen. All of your active sensors from MyAcuRite® will be visible here.
