Lightning Detection

Lightning is the occurrence of natural electrical discharge of very short duration and high voltage between a cloud and the ground or within a cloud, accompanied by a bright flash.

Detects lightning strikes within 25 miles (40 kilometers) and enables a lightning strike counter and estimated distance to the latest strike.
