Silence Alert Notifications

When you don't want to be disturbed, you can set all alert notifications to be silenced or set the notifications of a single alert to be silenced. When silenced, alerts can still be viewed from your myacurite.com account or the mobile app Alerts menu, so you can still keep an eye on your conditions.

My AcuRite® app: How to silence all notifications

From the tab/navigation bar, tap (Settings menu).
Select Manage Alerts.
Set Enable Alerts to OFF.

My AcuRite® app: How to silence notifications for a single alert

From the tab/navigation bar, tap (Settings menu).
Select Manage Alerts.
Select the name of the Alert.
Set Yes. Alert me when... to OFF.

When silenced, notifications for the Alert are not sent.

MyAcuRite.com: How to silence all notifications

From the menu, select Settings > Alert Rules.
From Alert Notifications, select Edit.
Select the checkbox next to Silence All Notifications. When alert notifications are silenced, a checkmark appears in the setting.
Select Save.

From the menu, select Settings > Alert Rules.
Select the name of the Alert and select Edit.
Select the checkbox next to Silence notifications for this alert.
Select Save.

When silenced, notifications for the Alert are not sent.
