Why Won't my Order Go Through?


If your order will not go through, please verify the following information:

  1. The billing address specified must match the billing address on file with your bank or credit card company.
    • If you would like to use a shipping address that differs from your billing address, please make sure to uncheck the box below the Shipping Address section that says, "My billing and shipping address are the same" (shown below). This will add a separate section for you to add a different Billing Address.


  2. If you have a different email address, try changing it on your order.
  3. Ensure that the card you are attempting to use originates in the United States or Canada.


If your order will still not go through:

Please remove all the items from your cart, then go to your web browser settings, clear the cache and cookies, and attempt to replace the order.

If you are still unable to place your order, please use a different internet browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.)


NOTE: Online transactions are limited to $2,000. Our ordering system will not allow you to process an order greater than $2,000. If you need to place a larger order, please reach out to us.
