No sensor readings (data) being sent to My AcuRite

Possible Solutions

  1. Verify the sensor is in range of the AcuRite HUB device.

  2. Verify the sensor has been added to the AcuRite HUB device in the Settings > Devices menu.

  3. Try bringing the sensor within a few feet of the AcuRite HUB device. If the AcuRite HUB device detects the sensor, check for sources of interference near the original sensor placement.

  4. Remove power from the AcuRite HUB device for two (2) minutes and power it back on.
