No Sensor Readings (data) Being Sent to My AcuRite™

Possible Solutions

  1. Verify the sensor is in range of the AcuRite Access™.

  2. Verify the sensor has been added to the AcuRite Access™ in the Settings > Devices menu.

  3. Try bringing the sensor within a few feet of the AcuRite Access™. If the AcuRite Access™ detects the sensor, check for sources of interference near the original sensor placement.

  4. Remove power from the AcuRite Access™ for two (2) minutes and power it back on.
