If you need to replace a AcuRite Connection Deviceor PC Connect Display due to a warranty return or other condition, be sure to use the replacement feature.
When you replace a AcuRite Connection Deviceor PC Connect Display, its linked sensors are transferred to the new device and all settings and readings are retained.
AcuRite Connection Device ( smartHUB or Access device - be sure it's powered on and connected to your network (Internet) router. At minimum, be sure there is one AcuRite sensor in wireless range of the Connection Device.
PC Connect Display - verify the Indoor Display is connected to your computer, the computer is on and has an Internet connection, and My AcuRite Sharing is enabled from the PC Connect software.
From the tab / navigation bar, select (Settings menu).
Select Manage Devices.
Select the device name.
Select the icon located in the Device Profile area.
From the upper right corner, select the icon.
Select Replace Device.
Enter the 12-character Device ID of the new device.
