Why Won't my Order Go Through?


If you order will not go through:

  1. The billing address specified must match the billing address on file with your credit card company.
  2. If you have a different email address, try changing it on your order.
  3. Ensure that the card you are attempting to use originates in the United States or Canada.
  4. Clear the internet browser's Cache and Cookies and try to place the order again.
