if your forecast is inaccurate on My Acurite:
- Your forecasts are provided by Dark Sky. If they are inaccurate check your location details to ensure the correct address has been input.
- To check your location details:
- Click on "Settings" in the upper right hand corner.
- Select "Account Profile".
- From here you can see your address for the account.
- If it is not correct, Click on the blue "Edit" button in the upper right hand corner.
- Edit your address to the correct address.
- Click the green "Save" button in the upper right hand corner.
