AcuRite Access or PC Connect Display is Offline


If the Access is offline on MyAcuRite:

  1. Verify that there is a My AcuRite compatible sensor powered on and in range of AcuRite Access. 
  2. Press the "Reset" button an Access for a few seconds.
  3. Wait up to 10 minutes for the information to come back online.

If it still is not online: 

  1. Remove the backup batteries from the Access (if applicable). 
  2. Unplug the unit. 
  3. Wait 20 seconds.
  4. Power the unit back up by plugging the AC adapter back in.
  5. Reinsert the backup batteries (if applicable).
  6. Wait up to 10 minutes for the information to come back online. 



 If the PC Connect Display is offline on MyAcuRite: 

  1. Confirm the display is maintaining 4 bars of signal strength. If the display shows less than 4 bars of signal strength, relocate the display 3ft away from other electronics including the computer and router. 
  2. Open PC Connect 2.0.4 Software to confirm under Status shows the following: mceclip0.png
  3. If the My AcuRite Sharing: Data Sending and/or Weather Underground Sharing: Data Sending is shown, click stop sharing under the My AcuRite Weather Station 12 digit device ID, wait 5 seconds, then click share now for both My AcuRite and Weather Underground. 
  4. Confirm the Last Data Received timestamp continues to update every 60 seconds.
