Yet another Access registration problem..

Hello all,
I too join the club of "can't get it connected".
My Access appears to be working. It shows up in my router and I went to it's IP address and it has a web interface so it's on my network. In this web interface it shows "Sensor list" and below that it says "Pressure 29.75"
Signal: 433mhz
The pressure has changed throughout the day on the Access web interface, so it appears to be seeing my 5 in 1, seems to be connected to my system, but every time I try to "replace" my interface device, I get 
  • Device must be connected and reporting data to claim. Please make sure the device is connected to your router and the status lights are blinking.
Would this likely be on their end, or could there be something I'm missing?

Hello John,
I can see you were able to register your AcuRite Access however, the unit is currently offline. Do you have the unit connected? If so, what are the lights on the front and back of the unit doing? Thank you.
