Wunderground is offline .

Just to let people know some stations on WU are offline and that its NOT Acurites fault . I myself have been having problems since Dec 20th with my summary and history not working on WU . So if your WU station  is offline it's something on there servers .  When I try and connect I get this message from WU "  Internal Server Error " .

It looks like things are coming back up now.

Apparently they had some problems with AWS (Amazon Web Services) shutting down the servers and not bringing them back up successfully.

Yep mine came back online also . Still missing my Summary / History but that hasn't worked since the 20th for me .  Anyways at least I'm back up !!!

Mine is back. 
Boy O Boy.   AWS is not having such a good track record with Wunderground.

Guess who also uses AWS for myAcurite.

It makes me wonder if we have too many eggs in one basket!

Back offline this morning . Getting a new error " An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #30.d5eafea5.1515085674.c09af " .  Oh well sure it will come back later .

UPDATE : WU is back up and running again and now my Summary and History are working  !!!

Thank you for reporting this issue. Please let us know if you are not back up and running. You can try removing your Weather Underground credentials from My AcuRite completely and re-add them. Please DO NOT COPY AND PASTE THE CREDENTIALS. Use your Station Key as the password instead of your password for Weather Underground.  Thank you.

I did respond to this thread with the following:

We do believe this issue is on Weather Undergrounds side. You can certainly try the following troubleshooting steps. 

For those of you not updating on Weather Underground, try to remove your Weather Underground credentials from My AcuRite completely and re-add them. Please DO NOT COPY AND PASTE THE CREDENTIALS. Use your Station Key as the password instead of your password for Weather Underground

For those of you experiencing gaps, please power cycle your smartHUB and router. To do this, you will unplug your Ethernet cable from the router then the adapter for the HUB. After this you can unplug your router. Please leave them unplugged for about 5 minutes. When you plug them back in plug the router in first and let it completely boot up, then you can plug the Ethernet cable into the router after that the adapter.

If the issue continues, please let us know.

This is what I'm getting. I just upgraded to the Acurite Access. It appears to have stopped working after switching from Smarthub to Access. KNVSPRIN1.

Open up a web browser to the ip address of your Access.

You should get a diagnostics screen that will show you the wunderground station ID and password (which should be your station key, not your wunderground account password).

If these values are blank, it means that something in your setup on myAcurite is probably wrong.

If these values are correct, the problem is probably on wunderground's side.

I deleted the Weather Underground information on MyAcurite and started over. It appears to be working now.
