You guys are a joke. Even though it was going to leave a really bad taste in my mouth for getting ripped off I tried like hell to pay for the new Access. Couldn’t do it. Disconnected support phone numbers, left messages with no return call, good credit cards not accepted on your site, etc. Your customer support is the worse I have ever seen bar none. I will not be doing anything with you guys in the future. I am on a campaign to leave the most damaging feedback possible for your company.

I had similar issues, previously . Phone messages NEVER returned. Just very very poor.

You can't get a straight answer from support.
If you can get an answer at all, it is most likely wrong.
If my 5in1 with PC Connect stops working with WeatherUnderground come September, the money I saved by not upgrading will go for a real weather station.
Besides if the access was that great it would connect wireless to the router, providing best in home reception of sensors. Not in the rf jungle of computers and routers.

i will join this crusade, Worse customer support of ANY COMPANY!  even worse then comcast, Just non existant!  everyone should demand a refund 3 weeks no return of phone calls or emails

Right on! You are so right Customer Service sure sucks. Never seen a company put such a crappy product out without testing to work the bugs out first.

Gee, I thought it was just me and bad karma.  Tried ordering the hub before the sale went off on Sunday.  The web page hangs up trying to put a valid credit card number in. Tried 4 times.  Waited till this morning (4/2) to try and talk to customer service to see if I could still get it since their software hung up.  Got on the phone at 8:00.  I was number 5 in the queue with and estimated wait time of 8 minutes that extended to 15 minutes that extended to 25 minutes.  Finally opted for the call back option that would keep my 8th caller in the queue.  It is now 4.75 hours later and no call back. I guess they lost a sale today.

i opted for the queue 2 weeks ago and still not call back so dont hold your breath i even tried there return refund number i left in queue 3 times 2 different numbers and still no call back from 2 weeks ago

I had the exact same issues as you.  Finally got through and placed my order (after 2 weeks).  I was told that their system has an issue with @outlook.com as an email address.  Had a hard time believing that was the issue as millions of folks use @outlook.com and i get email to @outlook.com from them.  I used my secondary email address @yahoo.com and i received my notifications for my order.
