Wireless Display & 2-Sensor Temperature and Humidity Smart Home Environment

So,  purchased this unit with 2 temperature and humidity sensors but they are very different.  One shows temp 68.7, Humidity 15% and Dew Point 19 while the other shows Temp 68.3, Humidity 51% and there is no Dew Point display.    Both sensors are sitting about a foot apart on my mantle for now while I was testing everything.   The chart for the one displaying 15% humidity is a flat line which makes me think its not reporting, the other has a nice chart with lots of up and down activity.    Did I get a bad sensor?

Might be sensor or display because 15 and 51 are each other back words.

Hello Jesse,

What is the model number of your weather station?  We would recommend resetting everything and starting from scratch.  Change the A-B-C channel on each of the sensors while there is no power going to the display and sensor. Once you have everything up and connected, let them sit side by side next to the display for about 30 minutes without touching them. After the 30 minutes compare the readings.  If after the reset it still reads the 15% it is possible you received a defective sensor. Please provide us with the model number of that particular sensor. Thank you.
