Hi Christopher,

You will want to make sure that the software says that Data is received okay with the current date and time stamp.  You will also want to verify that the display is set to mode 3.  If it is set to any other mode than it will not stream properly.  If you have any additional questions, please contact AcuRite Customer Support at 877-221-1252.  Have a great day!

Hi Jimmy,

The download can take a couple of minutes depending on how much data is downloading, as well as the download speed.  If you would like a quicker download time, then we would recommend downloading the data more frequently. Have a great day!

Hi Jimmy,

Please let us know which version of the software you have downloaded onto your PC, the model number of your display and which USB mode you have the display unit set to.

We recommend making sure that you have the latest version of .NET Framework installed on your computer and that your display unit is set to USB Mode 3.  If this does not resolve the issue, it may be easier to troubleshoot this problem over the phone, please contact AcuRite Customer Support at 877-221-1252.  Have a great day!
