will the internet bridge hub pickup LAcrosse weather sensors?

No.  The SmartHUB only picks up Acurite sensors that it is programmed to understand.  

Occasionally it might be "fooled" by other brands on the same frequency, but give weird data.  There are also a few Acurite sensors it is not fully compatible with that might give partial data.

If you're interested in building your own receiver to pick up signals from various brands using the 433.92MHz frequency, you might look into the RTL_433 software package.  Using an inexpensive USB TV Receiver dongle (about $20) and the software you can pick up various gadgets using that frequency and integrate the data into your own systems.
