Why don't they answer the phone?

I have been trying for 2 days to get someone to answer the phone about an urgent invoicing matter relating to Acurite charging forward FedEx charges without my knowledge leading to a bill from the latter greater than the value of my order. I either get a message referring to "internal events" and referring me to the web site for details that do not exist, or else am put on hold for 45 minutes with a message telling me that "you are 2nd in the queue and estimated wait time is 9 minutes". Are they still in business, or simply no longer want the hassle of serving customers?

they have only auto replied to my emails and never followed up w/ actual support; been over a week
terrible support
