I have waited to install the new access, because I knew there may be issues. My old hub is still working so I guess I will have to continue to use it until the very end. The new one will not replace on the website. Assuming there is a firmware issue. Is there any way to email the company? I haven't found anything and their phones are still disconnecting after the recorded message. I realize there are many complaints with the rollout. I have to monitor my greenhouse and waited until the last possible moment to install it. Please let me know how to contact support directly.
