Has anyone noticed that the support people, namely Jennifer and Rachell, seem to have vanished from the forum?

They are tired of giving the same response, try this try that change batteries move your hub check  your router  LOL  just saying.

  Yep how many times a day do they cut and paste the same answer ?

  Maybe there parent company Primex is doing a shake up after the Access  being introduced and the way it was all handled ? 

 Or none of the above ?
