Hello weather people.

Here is my problem. I had a weather station but my lovely kids were throwing a ball in the backyard. Long story short it got damaged. They are not saying that they did it but something happened.

So I want to upgrade the system. Here is what I want.
5-1 sensor
Indoor display screen color or not does not mater.

I would love it to post to Weather Underqround but I do not have a dedicated computer that I can leave connected to the system.

With the hub will that allow the system to post to the acu rite app and WU?

Is there a system that will post online with out having a dedicated computer.

Thanks for all the help.

5in1 with smarthub AND wired Internet connection (directly to ISP's modem) should work for you.

Yup but tons of recent issues with the SmartHub so need to be sure you get the latest version

Not sure latest version will help. Chaney is still working out many bugs (as you've read). Some people are lucky and their hubs work whiles others do not work.
BUT this is only way to post to MyAcurite.com and/or Weather without using a dedicated PC

I suggest anything except an 01035 AcuRite station.  I've had 2 and had unfixable software & hardware problems with both.  The first just would not hold a wireless connection and, when I rebooted, Reconnecting to the station took a lot of effort and retries.  The second one's barometer has never worked properly, it reads a constant 29.91 mm Hg.  There were software problems with it also that could not be resolved even by the programmer who wrote the software, but at least he was kind enough to try.  Both of these   problems have been there from the first time I powered the system up 2 years ago.  I keep the software updated and sometimes an update seems to improve reliability, sometimes the reverse.

All things considered, AcuRite will never get another penny of my money.  The product quality just isn't there and the seller's customer support is non-existent.
