06014RM 5-in-1 Sensor, 06058 Display, SmartHub. Week and Month rainfall totals do not accumulate (they remain at 0.00" despite rainfall), Year total stuck at 0.06" for many weeks. Recent total is accurate. All worked fine for the first nine months or so. Please help! Thanks in advance. Additional info: No data at all appears in "Records" dating from the second week of March to present.

I had the same problem with my first 5-in-1 sensor. Have you made sure the inlet for rain is clear of debris?
If you open it up and look at the rain sensor, it's two "cups" on a seesaw, when one fills up it empties and triggers a small reed switch which should be calibrated to X amount of water.
This repeats until there is no longer significant enough rain to trip it.
In my case, it was the reed switch. I contacted Acurite and they did not have a replacement.
I lived with it for a while then replaced with a newer model.

It could be mount isn't sturdy enough and it's shaking in the high winds. I have a 3/4 " pipe and was shaking it to get the snow off and heard the cup rattling which registered rain. The winds don't shake it enough to do that.

Thanks for the replies but the problem is not with the 5-in-1 as rain registers on the display as it is raining; it's that the daily total doesn't appear in the Week, Month and Year totals.

Hello John,

Please factory reset your display unit. To do so, Enter display menu by pressing the gear button all the way on the left then arrow down to Factory Reset in the Menu settings. Change the next option to "YES" then the display will tell you to press the "Check mark" twice. Please let us know if this issue continues. Thank you
