WU is not receiving updates from AcuRite. It has worked for over 12 months without issues. I removed the share and then recreated it, however it still does not work. No problems with MyAcuRite app, all the connections are made. Is there a problem at the AcuRite server end?
We would recommend removing your Wunderground credentials and adding them back. Please do not copy and paste them. If that doesn't work we would recommend trying your station ID and passkey instead of your password. This information is provided by Wunderground. The last option would be to enter your credentials and then go to devices, and changing the address from what you have it on now. It can take up to 10 minutes for it to transmit. Once it does you can change the address back to the correct address and it will continue to transmit. Please let us know if you continue to experience a problem.
