Anyone else having issues with Weather Underground not being able to view your own stations

Same problem. MyAcurite is running properly and continuously, and says its sharing to WU, but Wunderstation (and WU) says "Not Reporting" for my KNJBERKE12 station.  It came back yesterday for a few hours, but now it's out again.  I believe this problem started with the update of MyAcurite.  It's an intermittent thing. The WU link work perfectly since I installed the station last Spring.  Pain in the butt. My community actually uses my WU readings.

It's a Wunderground problem, not at all related to MyAcurite.

then why are all the other stations in my area reporting in?

Click on some of them and check their charts and graphs.  Not a single station in my area has data before 8 am EST this morning.  
It's not a complete blackout, some data is getting reported but Wunderground has admitted they have an issue and if you browse around in this forum you'll see this discussion has been going on for a while.

As far as MyAcurite, that website does not update WU.  WU is updated by the Hub or Access or PC Connect (whichever you use) and WU has been rejecting most of those requests lately.

Yes. I have since done so and see the problem is on their end.  I use SmartHub. Thanks for your great input.

I think something is going on with WU because I have been noticing erratic station reporting times on my two WU station sites.  Yesterday the reporting times on my Atlas were shown to be about 30 seconds or so.  Same long reporting problems on my 5-in-1 using a SmartHUB.  Today the Atlas is reporting around every 8 seconds which is the norm that I see since the second update of the software of the Access.  The 5-in-1 is about every 20 seconds.  I'm convinced that they are having some issues since nothing has changed on my Atlas or Access at this point.

Hello All,

We appreciate your patience regarding the interruption of service Weather Underground had experienced. We have communicated with Weather Underground and they have confirmed that all server issues have been corrected. If you are still not updating on Weather Underground please remove your Weather Underground credentials from My AcuRite completely and re-add them. Please DO NOT COPY AND PASTE THE CREDENTIALS. Use your Station Key as the password instead of your password for Weather Underground. Let us know if this issue continues. Thank you.

I installed my Access this past weekend, I believe it was reporting to Weather Underground but WU now says it has not received any data since 2/25/2018, 4:03:46 PM. What can I check. Also, which password do I ine in the My Acurite app settings, my WU website login or the WU assigned Station Key?

AcuRite Rachell, please help getting my new Access linked to Weather Underground. I went as far as deleting my Smart Hub on the My AcuRite site and adding the new Access and all devices I have again and still not reporting to WU.

I copied this from the help section...worked for mine. You have to update the sensor that shares to WU.  My new Access hub hasn't missed a beat !!

Stick, that did it! Thank you Very Much! AcuRite needs to change the wording from Password to Station Key. :-)
