Weather Underground and wonder station receiving broken temperature and dew point data. The data sporadically drops to 0. Please help.

All I can say is that this is widespread and this is a WU problem, not an Acurite problem. Who knows what is going on with WU. I emailed WU on 12/24 and no response, but they are aware of the problem as far as I know based off of comments on other threads here. I guess that you might be right. I’m just not convinced at this point. If I’m right, our weather data goes to AcuRite and weather Underground so your saying that AcuRite transmission of our data to our devices is correct and weather Underground’s transmission of data is missing data packets? I’ve attached another screen shot from weather Underground.

Thanks to both of you guys! Have either of you contacted WU about this problem? I did inform them this morning about this issue and no response as of yet.

I emailed them on 12/24 regarding missing daily summary data with no response. Not about this current issue specifically, but that was the beginning of the problems I suppose.

We do believe this to be a Wunderground issue. We are monitoring it. If you are experiencing gaps in My AcuRite and Weather Underground please let us know the date and time you are seeing this. Thank you.
