Weather station not updating Wunderground or MyAcurite after changing batteries?

Was having an issue with signal strength so I changed batteries in both the outdoor station and the repeater. Now I have data showing up in pcconnect  and in the android app but not in MyAcurite nor wunderground. The status screen is updating and it says it is communicating with MyAcurite and WunderGround but neither are reporting any current data. Any Ideas?

My weather station was not even being recognized as existing after working perfectly the first week, after the learning status phrase on the monitor went out everything started working as advertised. By the way I am using lithium batteries in the outside unit because of the extreme cold temperatures.

Hello Ron,

What is the model number of your weather station? Are you referring to it's not recognized online or by the display?

Hello Roger,

We attempted to locate your account via the email address registered to the community forum but were unable to do so. Is it registered under a different email address? What is the city and state the devices is registered to? What is the model number of your weather station?

Further update: The indoor unit has stopped updating altogether. My CSV file has not updated in several days.

How can I tell if the problem is with the outdoor unit or the relay?

Hello Roger,

We show that you have not updated on My AcuRite since the 19th of January.  On the PC Connect software does it say the display is detected and the data is received with a current date and time stamp. You have to keep the computer on and online at all times. It can not go into sleep mode. The software needs to be running at all times, and the display needs to stay plugged into the computer.  Are you using PC Connect for Windows or Mac?  You will know if you are transmitting online because the color bar on My AcuRite will show in green if you are transmitting, and red if you are not transmitting. I have attached a picture below:

This means you are not online. If you hover over the red when you are on My AcuRite it will show the last time you updated.
