The weather icons on 02099 is not clearly defined enough, can you please clarify them?

Hello Robyn,
The weather station is not going to predict ice.  If ice is expected or freezing rain, this would be considered Rain/Snow Mix.  A storm would be indicated by the forecast icons flashing on the display.  We are happy to assist you if you have other questions on the icons. Thank you.
