Water sensors stopped appearing

As of this morning, 3/15/2018, both my water sensors stopped appearing on the dashboard or in the charts.  I have a total of 7 sensors, two of which are room sensors with water detectors.  Previously on the dashboard there was an indication of "No" if there was no indication of water.  As of this morning this is no longer appearing.

Same here spoke to Acurite this morning there looking into it, they asked that I do not delete the devices from our accounts so the backend people can look at the data. I would call them and also report your issue so they know its a acurite issue not a user issue

Have either one of you been able to report this issue to acurite? and if so what did they tell you?

For crying out loud ... I am in the same boat ... and depend on the WATER DETECTOR to monitor my sump pump hole.   The Detector quit working on MYACURITE yesterday after working with my ACCESS (or atleast the monitor showed up on MYACURITE) and now it's gone on my iPhone and Windows 10 laptop.

I've been pulling my hair out, rebooting everything, pulling batteries, etc.   And now I find out I'm not alone.

This is ridiculous.   First Acurite forces the ACCESS down my throat.   And now the WATER DETECTOR doesn't work as advertized?

To say Acurite "is working on it" is a real crock and not much comfort.   Will Acurite come repair my basement is my sump pump fails when I am gone next week?

I am not joking.   This had better be fixed and fixed soon.

So I tried to call Acurite to report that I, too, had lost my WATER DETECTOR, only to find a long cue.

Also noticed on Acurite.com when I logged on to look for a phone number for support, the following notice:
-----------
Due to the release of the AcuRite Access, we are experiencing long hold times at our Customer Support Center.
You can now email support@chaney-inst.com and we will respond to your message within 7 business days. Thank you for your patience.
-------------

So i hang up and write an email to support@chaney-inst.com.   Only to receive the following robo-email reply:

---------

Thank you for submitting an inquiry to AcuRite by Chaney Instrument Co. customer support. Your Case Number is 0062xxx.
Technical support issues will be handled by phone. If you are in need of technical assistance or troubleshooting please contact us by calling 1-262-729-4852 and reference this case number.----------

------------

So I call the number and hearing a recording:

------

We are sorry, we are currently experiencing system problems.

---------

Not having a lot of faith in this company any more.

The Water Detection appears to be working again. I see it on my iPhone app and My Acurite online.

Mine is back on also.   Glad Acurite figured it out.  Wonder if we'll ever know what happened.   Probably forced an update that didn't include Water Detection, and then forced another update today that fixed the problem.

@Charles, At my house and my Construction office we have electric sump pumps and I use a Watchdog Battery Backup sump pump system due to power failures in our area it works along with your electric plug in pump, it has paid for itself many times over. Look online for it but Home Depot sells them. just an fyi, counting on Just an alarm can be disastrous at most

Hello All,
We did experience an issue on My AcuRite where probe sensors were not showing for a short period of time. This issue has since been corrected. I did verify on all of your accounts that you are now showing the probes attached.  Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.

thanks Rachell ... knowing that you can "force" updates to the new Access ... can you tell us what the problem was ... and how Acurite fixed the water sensor problem?   It doesn't seem like we are asking too much.   Just need an explanation please.
