water sensor no alert

Dash board shows water present but no alerts are sent. Mat checked settings at your end and all are good. When will this be fixed. I need to be able to rely on this.

Hello Chris,
Can you please test your water sensor again? The water alert should go off within 15 minutes. We did have a delay in our alerts for a short period however, this has been resolved. Please let us know if this continues. Thank you.

Seems to be creating alerts now. I still think 15 minutes is a long time to have water gushing into somewhere it shouldn't be before alerting your customer. I bet insurance companies would agree... When do you expect to be able to provide alerts in a more timely manner?
