The five foot cord length seems rather short, especially if you want to use the three sensor option.  Is there any possibility of using some kind of extension?  50 feet would be a more practical length for monitoring within a structure like a house.  There seems little point to monitoring 3 spots within 15 feet of each other.

Hello John,

As of right now 5 feet is the max distance the cord can go. We will be happy to take this into consideration for future product development. Thank you. Have a good day!

Thank you Jennifer.

Now, can you tell me, if I were to purchase the three sensor water detector, would it work with my existing Five-in-One Weather Station "bridge" (updated to MyAcuRite)?

I ask, because the pictures seem to show a bridge included with the sensors.  I think that I really only need the Room Monitor with three sensors.  What is the part number I should order?  I want to end up with a system that will allow me to read the water sensors along with my weather station, remotely via MyAcuRite.

Can you tell me item number that I should order to add the water detectors to my set-up?

Thanks.

Hello John,

We do sell a room monitor. https://www.acurite.com/room-monitor-00276rm.html. This is for indoor use. We also have the monitor that comes with the water detector. https://www.acurite.com/room-monitor-with-water-detector-00276wd.html. Both of these are compatible with the My AcuRite platform and the smartHUB will pick them up. Thank you. Have a good day!
