Water Detector not showing on My Acurite

I believe this just started today. I have a 00276RM with the water detector connected. The water detector is no longer showing on the App or the My Acurite web site. I checked the batteries and the signal on the Access via a browser and all was well. I deleted the device and put it back on but it still does not show up. I even created an alarm condition but that did not help. Please advise.

I have the same exact problem, the room monitor is still active on the dashboard but the water detectors have disappeared, I deleted and reinstalled the room monitors and water detectors showed back up on the dashboard but after a coupke days the water monitors disappeared again. I did not have this issue with the hub but since I upgraded to the access this issue has surfaced. I'm glad to know its not just me, I have also emailed support about this issue

We did experience an issue on My AcuRite where probe sensors were not showing for a short period of time. This issue has since been corrected. I did verify your accounts are now showing the probes attached.  Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
