Want to order 2 new AcuRite Access

I received an email about upgrade from the SmartHubs to the AcuRite Access, along with a unique coupon code.  However, I have 2 Acurite systems: one at my primary residence and one at my lake house.  
I was all set to order the 2 new Access hubs on-line when I realized the single coupon code would not work for the 2 Access hubs. I was trying to order them at the same time to take advantage of free shipping.  
When I called the phone number, I sat on hold for 4 hours before being cut off for "technical difficulties", same as so many others have reported, very frustrating.  I understand that in our extremely technical world that hardware/software must be upgraded. I just hope that there is a way to order 2 Access hubs using 2 coupons, and utilizing free shipping.  
Also, If you aren't going to man your help lines, please go ahead and run the "technical difficulties" recording much earlier! Being on hold that long is very frustrating.

Do like I did, call them and you should get a message after wait time announcement asking if you want a callback and leave your number. When they call back they can check your my acurite account, see you have 2 smart hubs and take your order over the phone.

A call back would be fantastic; however, I was never given this option.

Do you currently have a smartHUB or PC Connect display that is updating to My AcuRite? If you do then you qualify for the coupon code.  You can request your upgrade code at the link below if you do.

I have a total of over 24 hrs on hold over several calls for smart access hub I ordered that does not work! They still have not got in touch with me. Very poor support if you can even call it support

I’ve now been calling for two weeks with a total of about 20 hrs of my time. I even twice to number 1 on hold. No luck ordering. Lately it’s been technical glitches. I don’t know what else to do. I want the new Hub but can’t buy it.

In the blog section if you search thee topic "Extending End of Service" there is a posting from AcuRite that says if you lost your coupon, click here and request another.  It takes you to a form that has a spot for Device ID to enter your MAC address.  It states that if you have two smartHUBs you wish to upgrade, please include both Device IDs separated by a comma.  Unfortunately whoever reads these forms at AcuRite doesn't look at the Device ID field to see if two MAC addresses are entered.  I requested a coupon discount for two smartHUBs using this form and I got a coupon that would only work for one upgrade.  Complete nonsense!   I tried calling Customer Service the next day and was on hold for 3 hours.  The recording said I started as number 12 in line and I was down to number 1 in line for over a half hour.  Ridiculous service!  I never got through.  I left a call back number and two days later I still haven't received a call back.  While the AcuRite equipment is good their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.
