Waited 3 hours on phone for tech support

I need to return my HD 06058M because of a display problem and had to hangup after 3 hours on the "the" tech support line. The screwed up display was pretty disappointing, but the 3 hour wait was ridiculous! On the other hand the weather station and hub are working great at my cabin and on weather underground. So how do I get the HD display fixed if I can't wait forever for tech support?
