That doesn't make a lot of sense since you obviously have an IP address because that info above wouldn't display if the Access wasn't talking to you. I'm assuming you are connected to that 5-in-1 and have a dashboard page on MyAcurite? Those first three fields that are greyed out are supposed to contain data. You haven't blanked out those first three fields for privacy purposes have you?
