Place the IP address of your Access in the url line at the top of your browser and hit enter.  You will get a splash page which will show the current software release of the Access.  You should see 47.

You have to determine that.  In many cases your router can display the IP addresses assigned to each device.  Here's a link to some suggestions on finding the IP address assigned.  https://support.acurite.com/acurite/topics/how-do-i-find-ip-address-for-my-smart-hub

I tried using the IP scanner from the referenced program, but it does not return the firmware version:

Now that I think about it, I had so many windows/programs open and because I was logged in here in IE, it could have been IE not functioning on the first try.
Whatever, my PWS https://www.wunderground.com/personal-weather-station/dashboard?ID=KIDBOISE287 with Access has been up and running correctly for a few days. I guess we'll see...

That doesn't make a lot of sense since you obviously have an IP address because that info above wouldn't display if the Access wasn't talking to you.  I'm assuming you are connected to that 5-in-1 and have a dashboard page on MyAcurite?  Those first three fields that are greyed out are supposed to contain data.  You haven't blanked out those first three fields for privacy purposes have you?

Jack,

I tried the scan again this morning with success. It now shows all the station info, including firmware version 47.

Thanks
David
