I got a 5 in 1 system for christmas.  I was super excited.  I set it up on a nice pole outside.
I have a very strong signal, according to the display.  Well for a few minutes, then it goes to zero bars.  Then I have to remove the batteries from the unit and re-setup both the unit and display (only resetting both gets me back up and running).

Then, there is a PC connect.  What a steaming turd that is.
I just get a spinning beach ball on OSX.  I have a 1 month old iMac.

Then I look for a support email alias.  There is none listed on the site.

I'm totally disappointed with this utter rubbish.

I'll be sending it back ASAP.

Acurite should be ashamed of themselves for releasing such rubbish.

Hello Fred,

For the connection it sounds like there may be something interfering between the display and sensor. How far do you have them from each other and what is the construction material that the house is made of?  When you download the software does it open for the PC Connect?  Thank you. Enjoy your day!
