Upgrading hub

I just updated my old hub to a 09155M. Now I find no historical data. Surely the instructions would have advised me to download my years of data before I made the change. The data must be stored somewhere.

Hello Art,
When replacing the smartHUB with the Access, the historical data does not transfer. If you want to download the historical data from My AcuRite you can reconnect the smartHUB and download the CSV for the last 30 days.  My AcuRite will only store 30 days data.  We do apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.
