I paid $200 plus tax and shipping for the 5-1 sensor, and hub exactly two years ago. And I was promised full access to the sensor, remote connections and a host of other features. Now, as a "valued customer", I'm told that all the services I paid for will just go away in 6 months. If a customer has proof of paying full retail price for the device, the discount should be deeper. I suppose I wouldn't object too strenuously to $20, but any more is unacceptable. I tried to call (twice) to complain, but the first call was rejected due to system overload (gee, I wonder why?) and on the next call I was 27th in the queue. Yeah.... I'm sure. Shame on you, Acurite!
