The lights went out on my bridge yesterday also. Unplugged and reset the bridge 2 times. The first time the lights went out again. Now I do have solid blue lights but it appears no data is being transferred. On the back of the bridge I have a solid green light and a slow blink amber light. Weather underground has reported no contact with my station. My dashboard is pegged at 82°, and has been since yesterday at 8 AM. Yesterday I had a call into tech support, I was 17th in line, left my number but have not received a call back yet. Prior to this the app for my iPhone 6s was failing each time I registered. The new updated Acurite app asks me to log in, after doing so the app crashes and sends me back to my home screen. Looking for some help. I am excited to see the new interface, dismayed with the road to get there.
