I am getting at least 3 to 5 email alerts each day stating my sensors have not reported in at least 2 hours. However, WU always has the latest information about current conditions being reported by my sensors. What gives here?
The MyAcurite app shows the sensors have excellent signal strength, and the batteries are good even when they show off line to Acurite. This makes no sense at all - if the sensors are off line, then why can WU always report current and up to the minute information from my sensors????
I have moved the Access device all over the place to try to get better reception and nothing I do seems to matter - near other electronics, or not does not matter. MyAcurite just seems to randomly report the received data, even though it doesn't seem to have a problem pushing the data into WU without fail.
The wall mounted display doesn't have a problem receiving information either - this seems to be an Access issue to me.
Acurite model# 0102M and #00592TX temp/humidity sensor - both reporting to an Access hub. All of this equipment was installed without issue less than a week ago...
