Unable to re-register bridge

I keep receiving the following message:

  • Either you have typed your MAC address incorrectly, or that bridge is not available. Please verify your MAC address or press the 'Register' button on your bridge and try again!
This has been the same message for over a week worth of attempts.

Any suggestions?

If you reset your bridge, you will have to call Tech Support and ask someone there to force a registration for you.  Probably will have to wait until Tues. because of the holiday.
