Two things. 1. All the phone numbers on the documentation and web page are wrong until you get to the forum page. 2. Instructions for replacing a. Device should be more obvious.

Did you find a working phone number?  I've tried all the numbers I could find on the website and none are valid.

Thank you.  I tried "CONTACT US: (262)249-3259" from the blue box on the right.  Same error.

Perhaps this will help someone : I Called the 3259 number again. I received a 'this number no longer in service' recording, but it did provide a new number of (262) 729-4852.
I called the new number.  First time it was dead air, second attempt worked.  I think they are having issues with their phone system.  Currently in queue waiting for support.

I was on the phone for 25 minutes when a recording came on saying they were closed. Very poor service not to finish the calls already in the queue. This is going to suck if they don't take the calls from customers until after the 3/31 deadline.

I were stuck on #47, I only have weekends off and when i get home in the evening, I got about 2 hours max to get through.. So lets just say I have no chance in hell to get in contact with them. Pathetic.

I called +1-262-729-4850  this morning at 9:00 AM EST. Was on hold ten minutes. Talked to Sherrie, she entered an order for my second Access.

I'm on hold now. #9 with an estimated wait time of 49 minutes. They must only have one person answering these calls. I worked for a high end direct mail company back in the 1980s and this type of call delay would have been cause for people to be fired.

After 72 minutes, "You are #3, wait time is zero". Immediately followed by "We are closed". I see people who are calling them out on the phone problems on Twitter are being offered help via twitter direct messages or email. I just tweeted. Will report back if it works.

I eventually made it through today using 262-729-4850. Waited 25 minutes. 262-729-4852 was either out of service or having system problems today. Tweeting didn't work. They give a canned reply that they will help you there on twitter but once I told them what I needed, they never replied. Posted on their Facebook page, no response. My back up plan, which some of you may have to resort to, was I would buy without the discount before the 31st and do a credit card chargeback to get them to refund the difference.

Got a reply on twitter. They only check twitter once a day. These folks have no clue how social media works. They would be better off not telling people they will help them if they will only respond the next day. And if their response requires the customer to reply, another day. And so on.
