I wish to redeem my AcuRite Access code for 2 units (I have 2 houses with smartHUBs). When calling 1-262-729-4852, I get a recording stating “call can not be completed”. This has been going on for a few days. I tried placing the order online, but I’m not able to get the 2 units needed for both houses at the discount upgrade rate. Please help me complete this order.
