Trouble with Android mobile app

Hello All, I cannot get my android mobile app to work. I installed it and entered my email and password, but it just keeps reloading. Any thoughts? Thank you.  PS  PC app works fine. If I enter the PC url in my android browser, that works fine. But not the Android app.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps listed below. Thank you and have a great day!


1) Login to http://www.aculink.com on a computer. After login, navigate to the upper right hand corner and click on the drop down menu by your e-mail address:
2) Select "Follow My Friend's Bridge" from the menu.

3) Click on the red X on the left of the AcuRite HQ bridge MAC address (Location: Lake Geneva, WI):

4) Click the "OK" button to stop subscribing to this bridge.
