Trouble reporting to Wunderground

Recently there has been some issues with my SmartHUB. I have re-entered my passwords and all of my information. I have even put both of the possible passwords. My account password and the wunderground PWS passcode. Neither has seemed to work. I have been reporting to Weather Underground for years and only recently I've been having issues. It does temporarily start working but then stop reporting again. How can I fix this?

I am trying to get it set up to ISLUICEP5 on Wunderground...

Could it be your VPN causing the problem? I've found that sometimes I can't send emails from my Telus account when using an out of province VPN.

This is at my workplace. At my home I do not have VPN running.

Hello Lucas,
When I pull up your My AcuRite account under the email associated with your community forum page, the smartHUB is no longer registered to the account. Are you having issues with the HUB? If so, what are the lights on the HUB doing? Thank you.
