Order Number 100270909 has been on order since
August 9th. When I log in the system states I have no orders. First of all why? And where is the tracking number. You really should add some type of tracking situation to your website. It's more than frustrating.
We show that when the order was placed you were not logged into your AcuRite.com account. This would be why it would not show up in your orders.
