I am getting tired of pulling the batteries and restoring to factory specs every 3 or 4 weeks on my 01536. This has been going on for close to 6 months now and when I restore it functions perfectly for a time and then apparently freezes up again, it won't respond to sensors (5 in one and two temp/humidity (00592TXR) or any buttons on the unit ....Light, sensor, setup, NOTHING! Every time I have to set it back up I lose the data tally. (although it does allow me to upload to my computer first, but to avoid the risk of losing it all I have to copy/paste 2 to 4 weeks date into an .xlx file and save separately. This thing is only 2 years old and has given me problems pretty much since I got it. New batteries (although it is plugged in all the time) do nothing and all the sensors report faithfully to the smart hub. What can I to to solve this problem short of replacing it (and let me assure you, I am not in the habit of replacing tools with the same kind when they have been a CONSTANT source of problems!) Calling in for support is futile, I have not seen less than a 1 hour wait time in months.
